1 carrot, julienned

1 head bok choy, thinly sliced

1 green onion, sliced

1 tbsp GOOD FAT Mayo (@undividedfoodco)

2 tbsp Byron Bay Crunchy Peanut Butter

500ml NO BONES Veggie Broth (@undividedfoodco)

90g organic ramen noodles (@hakubaku.organic)

1 jammy egg
Method

In your soup bowl, mix peanut butter and mayo.

Cook noodles as per packet and place over the mix.

Top with carrot, bok choy and pour over hot broth.

Stir through, top with your jammy egg and sliced green onion.
Slurp away.
